  We have moved 5 times in the last 12 years. Allied contacted Coleman to handle the delivery of our shipment in Louisiana. Management is terrible. Worst move we have ever experienced. My employer paid for full service unpacking which they denied, and by the time they accepted it, we had already unpacked ourselves. We then called daily for about a week for them to pick up all the boxes, and when they finally showed up, they didn't take the boxes. They only delivered a few more boxes that arrived later. We then had to call daily for a few more days for them to actually collect the boxes/trash. We were never reimbursed for the failure to unpack and they broke our dining room table and office desk (which they tried to hide). If I could give a less than 1 star I would.

  You lost a quarter of our belongings. Two mattresses, box springs, 10 x 14 rug, weight bench for bow flex, couch back cushions, support leg for metal storage shelves are the big things that are missing. We still have not inventoried small items as we are still unpacking. Driver said that he showed 10 boxes but warehouse said there were only nine. Majority of the boxes were crushed. Driver said he picked them up that way. The movers stripped out the motor on the adjustable bed. Pulled it to up right position (why I don’t know) and now it will not recline. This has prevented us from living in the house. We reported problem and received acclaims form and a promise to check the warehouse. We have heard nothing back. I have moved seven times and this is the first time I ever had missing inventory. If Allied finds missing furniture and/or reimburses me for losses then my rating will undoubtedly move up a star or two. But until then, one star or less is where I stand. Moving is hard and when you end up without beds then it adds cost and aggravation. How do you lose that many big items?

  The crew was EXTREMELY nice, polite, hard working, friendly. The truck that arrived for the move was not large enough to pack our home so many items were not brought. We would like this addressed, but no fault of the crew at all they packed as much as they could safely. One dining room chair was broken during transport but we will just file a claim, not a big deal. Jon & Shannon were very helpful & the crew worked very hard to keep our new home & belongings from being damaged throughout the move. We sincerely appreciate it.
