  Had an outstanding experience with Coleman American Moving through Kevin Rios (trucking crew) and Limona (Dispatch). These guys were helpful, professional and accommodating. Kevin and his crew were very kind and quick. Limona was very helpful, she went above and beyond to make this process as easy as possible. 10/10

  LATE DELIVERY & THEFT OF MY BIKE I thought things would be fine with this moving company. They're associated with Allied, a major well-known van line. My estimate coordinator, Chris G. was awesome and gave me tons of helpful moving tips. Carlos C. and the crew who actually loaded my belongings were great. My truck driver, Perry, was very transparent and great. But between load out and delivery, things went terribly wrong. My belongings were held in storage in Fort Lauderdale for several weeks due to scheduling. I had a guaranteed delivery date of Jan. 7 or something like that, but my goods didn't arrive for another week on Jan. 12. Fine. Whatever. BUT THEN sometime between Dec. 10, 2021 and Jan 10, 2022 my bicycle was stolen from the warehouse by an employee. After my goods were delivered on Jan 12, 2022, I immediately saw my bicycle was missing and contacted my agent, Chris R., the GM of that location. He said they were unable to locate my bike in the warehouse, and to file a claim. About a month later I saw my bike listed on OfferUp in Fort Lauderdale with a date of Dec. 28 BEFORE my stuff was even loaded onto my final delivery truck, which means somebody at the warehouse stole it and listed it for sale. I know it was my bike because the posting had the name of the warehouse (although misspelled) in the listing, and my bike's accessories still on it. HOW DUMB can people be? I immediately filed a police report, since now I had proof of theft instead of them just mis-delivering it to someone else. But there is no way this company did not know my bike was stolen. Warehouses have cameras, right? Since I told them I filed a police report and had proof it was my bike, Chris R. has been helpful, but up until that point it was basically just "file a claim and hope for the best." Overall, this has been more of a headache than I ever could have imagined. DO NOT trust this company's employees. Even if a few of them have been great, it's pretty obvious some of them are THIEVES.

  Everyone Involved in the process was amazing! They made sure all of my antique sentimental furniture was taken care of in a manner that showed consideration and a lot of effort put forward. Ashley was amazing and explained the process to me very well and made moving 4,000 pounds of furniture and a vehicle from one state to another a breeze. I recommend this company to anyone needing movers and she especially made the move run smoothly! It did not matter if it was the weekend or if the office was closed for the day, she took the time to answer all of my questions and was very sweet and professional!
