  So disappointed! The call center quoted one price and the drivers quoted something totally different. Feels as if they are trying to get movers there so you feel as if you don't have a choice.

  The worst experience I’ve had within business. I was quoted by phone and told them I agreed to any costs under 1K. They were scheduled for a day and time then did not show up at all. Once called them I was told they tried to reach out to me. Even though there was no missed call or voicemail from them. Told they were sincerely sorry and would discount the price to reschedule for the next day. The next day they call 5 min from arrival. I stated to the guy who called that this was a favor to my fiancé’s grandmother and all costs would be covered by me, that is was on my way to meet them there also so they could go ahead and begin the removal process. He said “no problem” 10 min later I receive a call from my fiancé stating they were trying to give a quote to her grandmother for the $600 in costs to remove. She assumed I scheduled them and expected her to pay. The guy left without contacting me even though I said I don’t care what the costs are just remove her unwanted items from the yard. They wouldn’t return back to complete the work and cancelled my job and was told by the office that they own the “Name” and that was “their” company and they weren’t going to do work for me. I then called Corporate. They stated I would receive a phone call back and reschedule. That they do not take lightly to how my job was handled and that they take bad reviews very seriously. So I’ve waited to give them a chance today to make it right and still was not called back to discuss reschedule to make right on the job. Corporate is obviously as crooked as this franchise owner. They do not care about customer satisfaction nor do they care about their reputation. Very rude. Very hard to understand. Very much the worst company in all trades that I’ve dealt with. Their promises mean nothing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! All I wanted was a reschedule and no quote. Just complete the work and get paid. They still have not called me back. Could have prevented this bad review. I told them I would leave a bad review if I didn’t receive a call back and it is obvious they don’t even care about their own reputation!!!!!!

  Hello Gregory, since the pandemic, google reviews do not post to profiles as normal and we are just now seeing this review. I have looked up your name in our database and cross referenced all email communication, however you are not a customer of our location. We have an office location in Katy, Texas but we only actually service one Katy zip code. I think you may have been serviced by another franchise or business. Also, our company does not provide estimates over the phone, we only provide general price points for certain fill volumes over the phone. Regardless, I would sincerely like to assist you with rectifying the situation no matter how long ago the review was actually posted.
