  I hired this company as muscle only, with the assumption that they would not toss aside all logic, consideration and common sense when it came to handling, protecting and loading my items. After my experience working with these movers, I would not recommend this company for any services in the future simply because of the way the movers conducted themselves, the way they handled my furniture, what appeared to be their lack of knowledge in loading and their lack of consideration in keeping my furniture clean. I understand I hired them to help move and load, I just assumed that whatever skills they were trained with as movers would apply regardless of the type of job they were hired to do.

  Because this service was not being transported by us, we were not able to perform the service as we do in our owned vehicles, which is part of the reason that we do communicate up front and in writing with the customer's initials acknowledging that there is a shared responsibility in making sure our team performs to their expectations regarding protection and loading. In essence, we are a subcontractor to them being the General Contractor for their own service and we only play a part in the work. When we control the load from start to finish the responsibilities are different. Our team was not provided any blankets until more than halfway through the service and the blankets we had to provide for purchase were rejected, which makes it difficult to properly protect any furniture during a move. The customer was provided with a $175 credit out of an invoice due of $375 because of her concerns regarding our movers level of preparedness and actions, despite the above information that was communicated in advance, with initialed acceptance, and our lack of ability to perform due to not having blankets available.

  Hired this company to assist with a move. Disaster! Movers were young men without any skill or experience. Damaged expensive furniture and did not inform us. Were told it would be a few hours and turned into two days and two trucks. Left heavy furniture in the middle of walkways instead of in rooms. Did not take precautions with our items and property. Items were stolen from us.

  We cannot locate a customer by this name in our recent services and have received no reports of service issues similar to these reported. Please consider this review with some skepticism, we will update our response if we are able to better confirm or disprove the validity of this complaint.

  "From the initial web search, quote, booking, confirmation process to the service date - the whole process was professional and seamless. Staff was courteous, on time, hard working, and enthusiastic! Great Move Day Partners and helped us make a challenging day go so much smoother!!!! Than you all for your Heavy Lifting and Professionalism! Great Team!
