  This place is the best. They made me feel at home from the start. It's a great feeling to have my stuff save and secured at all times.   I was very happy with this storage facility and service until recently when, after 18 months here, I received notice that my current rent was going to DOUBLE in 30 days. This is my second increase since renting at this location. The first one was a 19% increase after only 8 months, which I paid without issue. This time I went to speak with Erika, the store manager, who is incredibly friendly, gracious, and helpful. Unfortunately, Erika's efforts to negotiate with "corporate" were unsuccessful, and they refused to budge or make any concessions in the interest of customer service. Apparently they believe there has been a commensurate shift in the market rate and that they can get even more than this amount from a new customer. Treating a reliable, existing paying customer in this way seems especially ill-advised considering there are clearly many vacant units here. While a huge inconvenience, I plan to vacate my unit as soon as it is feasible. Unless you have unlimited resources and can stomach frequent unexpected and enormous rent hikes, I would not recommend renting from Extra Space Storage.

  I have stored here since before Extra space took over and I can tell you hands down that Erika has turned the whole facility around! She came in and made it a clean safe and secure environment she does not mess around when it comes to her property and it shows. I plan on continuing to store here because of her.
