  "Priced the job at $1,100, a few days before our scheduled move date the price gets increased to $1,800. The morning of our scheduled move the crew shows up and says that they need more guys and don't lift a finger. I start to move items from the second floor to the first floor for them, and ultimately the team leader says he has to go (without doing anything) and says that another crew is on their way. Well, that wasn't true. We follow up with dispatch and they come out to check out the job to see why it was such a big job that required more movers. It was ultimately determined that the job was a standard job and should have been done by the original team without any objections. My wife and I were left stranded without any options for the rest of the day. The next day a new crew came to the house - essentially the same crew with a different team leader. The crew and new team leader were very nice and worked hard, but unfortunately I still had to be very involved and was pouring sweat helping the team out. I left the property briefly to get a coffee and I come back to a large hole in the first floor at the base of the steps - they say they'd come out to repair it the next day, but I had to be out yesterday, so how does that work? I should have just rented a UHaul and done it myself. Worst business interaction I can remember, $700 (64%) increase to original quote, fail to move me out on the dated stated, I had to do a large portion of the lifting / moving myself, and then they damage the property and don't do anything actually helpful about it. I cannot tell you how big of a regret hiring this company was. Word to the wise, think twice about a company that is OK letting you down in so many ways and not doing everything they can to make it right. Extremely disappointing."
