I showed up to get a uhaul without a reservation. She notified me that there were none available and instead of leaving it at that she offered to help me make a reservation and find one in the local area that I could pick up. I’ve been a patron of this storage place for over a year and I have yet to be disappointed or upset with the level of professionalism and helpfulness that the staff have continued to provide.
