On the day of, they showed up on-time. The guys are friendly and polite. English is limited tho but we understand each other. :) Their truck is very clean and a new model. It has every tools and equipment that they need to do their job effectively. The movers wrapped furniture carefully and they work fast! No confusion. They've done this many many times. A big plus, they helped us breakdown a queen size bed and reassembled it back at the new house AND they put floor protector down on the new place, so no scuff mark on the brand new floor.We thought we can move out and in within 5-6 hours BUT we under estimated how much gardening/outdoor living stuff we have. We ended up finish the move in 8 hours! Poor guys, they have to go to another moving job. We tipped them very well (we hope). They deserve it.If you have a big move, like mine - choose first slot of the day.

These movers are outstanding. They arrived on time. They were hardworking, efficient, and careful. We were packing a POD for a cross country move, downsizing from a large home. We were very concerned that we would not be able to fit in a single POD. No worries - they packed that POD so well that we have space left! I can't believe it.Extremely fair pricing. Good cooperation from management when we had to move our moving day by a month. All good.They also followed COVID precautions with masks and distancing.

I hired 3 people for a one bedroom with a million stairs (3 stories in both old and new house, no elevator). They did not complain at all, the move took about 5 hours including travel time (Hayward to SF). They are very reasonably priced compared to a lot of other companies. They worked on a previous house before coming to mine and still worked very efficiently. Although some reviews say tip is required, how could you not tip them well? They work really hard and deserve it.
