  I goggled and was referred to this Company. The young man (Charles) I spoke with was professional I grant that. And also the young lady (Brittany) that provided the information was pleasant. NEVERTHELESS, because of the kindness, I decided to patronize their business. I place a $75 deposit (within 10 minutes) I was sent a Sign your confirmation letter and discovered hidden fees. The letter stated If anything looks incorrect or if you have further questions, please let me (Brittany) know ASAP via phone or email. I called and called and called and emailed their company but I received no response. The next day I finally was able to reach someone and I told them, I was not satisfied with the follow up I requested. I told the young man I would like to receive my deposit back. I was told I would NOT receive a deposit. No refund on deposits. I asked why, he said we just don't give back deposits. I feel this is so wrong. I should be able to receive my refund due to the fact that I did not use their services and it was only 15 minutes in which I choose to cancel. I don't want to bad mouth this company because I feel they are good people, but their services on business quality and standards need to be addressed and researched asap, if they want to move forward and and become a successful business. I suggest you provide a "P" standards in your business: a “People-first” attitude. Proactive- Problem-solvers. Words of wisdom: Remembering and appreciating makes repeat customers. I give you a one star because you were nice. But a zero star for your business standards and policies and customer services.

  I had a couple complications with being able to collect my belongings during a divorce, and Coopers Moving was more than professional and accommodating. I was lucky enough for them to have an opening the next day when I called. The three movers that came out were very personable, took care of my belongings, and were very efficient. I will be using their services again in the future! Thank you so much!

  Team of Anthony, Mo and Demetrius was great! No damage - which I’ve heard isn’t common among movers. Cautious but fast and just 3 nice and strong guys! So glad Coopers was recommended by my realtor. I’ve told my son and daughter-in-law about them and they’ve booked Coopers for their upcoming move. TY
