  I have nothing but good things to say about Cord Moving and Storage! Carolyn was our move coordinator and she always returned phone calls and emails. She made the process much simpler and always was friendly and cheerful. We had a rather complicated move. Our things were picked up by Cord, placed into storage at Cord and several months later when we had purchased a new home in our new state, Cord arranged to bring everything to our new home. Cord's storage site was wonderful because NOTHING smells like it has been in storage for months!!! The quote was exactly what we were charged in the end, adjustments to lower the cost were made for special boxes and packaging not used. The drivers were fabulous - the pick up driver made the process painless. The delivery driver was also wonderful and pulled up to the house exactly on time despite winter weather delays. People helping were so kind and gracious - the lead packer came to look at our house the night before so he knew what to expect and how to plan for the move out day. They made a tricky move so easy for us!

  They showed up when they said they would. The crew was very professional & you could tell they enjoyed their jobs. They were done loading our boxes in an hour and a half. We had a slight hiccup with our closing, & CORD took great care of us. Had to keep all of our items on the truck until our closing was worked out. On the delivery day, the delivery crew was just as professional & completed quickly. Even through the sleet. I will definitely recommend CORD, & use them again if I move in the future. Great job CORD!

  The estimator, Curt, was on time, up front about charges and expenses, and responded quickly to my calls and emails. The move coordinator, Ann, contacted me when planned, responded to my calls, and followed up after the move was complete. The 4 movers, Demir, Cory, Ryan and Robert were on time and efficient, no messing around. They used floor protection, handled our furniture safely, and made sure everything went where it was supposed to. I got bids from several companies and Cord’s was very reasonable. I hope we never have to move again, but I would definitely use Cord again if we did, and would recommend them to family and friends.
