  Terrible customer service and unethical! I booked a move with them and provided the date I would take possession of my new place and they gave me a pick up window. As the move date approached I tried to get an exact date and didn't get one until 1 day before the pick up window. They then told me my shipment would arrive before I took possession of my property. When I told them I couldn't receive it early they told me I'd have to pay $900 in storage. When I asked to speak to a manager they told me I would get the same answer. Do not use this company. Terrible customer service and unethical business practices!

  Pros: The drivers were very prompt, patient, and helpful while picking up and dropping off our things. They came the second day in their three day window to drop off. We were running late and the drivers did not mind waiting an extra ten minutes. They were very friendly and the agent at the beginning was helpful. Cons: Be very wary of putting fragile/ breakables in card board boxes. Use a sturdier form of transport, such as a plastic bin. We had multiple boxes smashed that were labeled fragile. Had very expensive plates, kitchen glasses, and a lamp completely broken/ruined. My 200$ plastic electric fireplace also had a huge chunk broken off. On top of that, the warehouse workers pulled wooden slats off of my 300$ handmade coffee table to store in a different area from the actual coffee table and tossed carelessly in the truck unprotected without notification. We also had a dislodged ledge on our bookshelf that had to be nailed back into place. Will be filing a claim for ruined items. Overall, not happy with the shape our things came in.

  They get a 2 star simply because they delivered, finally, albeit with damages! I was contracted by Rich Helton, a man who knows his business and takes time to understand one's needs. But lo and behold! Carolyn Helton took over and it was disaster from then on! She had no idea when the driver was delivering my stuff and therefore did not arrange with the third party company for re-assembly of my furniture. Worse still, she used this as an excuse - can you believe that? Their internal communication issue being used as an excuse with a customer? To top my complaints, my 60" TV was delivered with a cracked screen. 4 days post delivery is when I heard from the third party contracted company about re-assembly of my furniture....really? Surprisingly, despite complaining of the communication disconnect between her(Carolyn Helton) and the drive(Marty) they were in touch to make sure payment had been effected before delivery of my furniture - how about that! Very very disappointed with their service! I ended up incurring expenses for re-assembly of my furniture. Carolyn was rude/curt and sent a claim form for me to fill for the TV - still waiting to hear back on this. I will update
