  You can expect high-quality customer service, thorough & prompt communication by this company! I felt in great, trustworthy hands working with Trichell. She was personable, honest, and took the time to get to know me as a person, which made all the difference in her efforts towards coordinating each step of the move. She checked in with me throughout the entire process, which again, really added value to my experience and made me feel safe. As a single girl with a dog, it was very important to me that I could trust their services. This was my first time ever having used a professional moving service and I highly recommend The Relocation Department for your next move :)

  We had the true privilege of working with Trichell Welchko during our relocation. She was very attentive for each of our questions. Listened to everyone one of our questions and knew how to respond and did so in a very timely manner. She was knowledgeable about our move from Washington state to Tennessee. Aligned us with great people that made relo a great experience. Thank you Trichell for everything.

  I worked with Trichell Welchko and she was amazing. The service she provided throughout my whole relocation was truly exceptional. What could have been a stressful process, she made it painless to the say the least. She explained the entire process to me thoroughly and whenever I needed assistance with anything, she was quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this company and Trichell to others.
