I blame the NAVY for keeping this company open. I’m pretty sure it’s a DOD contract that’s keeping this horrible company afloat. They are the WORST moving company in the area. If you are able to switch this company during your location with the NAVY please do so. They will give you a timeframe and come 8 hours later or the next day. If you had plans to catch a flight, you can scratch that. How can a company be this freaking horrible but yet still gets contracts from the NAVY. NAVY/DOD do better by your people. You can easily cancel this contract and find a more reliable company. The will give different timeframes and lie about it. If you are a civilian please DO NOT use this company. Navy folks, if you see this Coleman Moving on your orders, ask to change it early.

Terrible communication. We were told our things would be delivered between 10-12. Delivery finally came at 6. They did not notify me of any changes to the plan and did not keep me updated on any delays throughout the day. I had to keep calling for information. Lovely guys in the truck when they finally came, but whoever is in charge of communication and scheduling/organization is awful. Would never hire again.
