  My Dad has had a storage unit here for years. Never had a single thing come up missing. Staff is friendly and helpful and property is always clean and in good repair.

  There was a communication error as far as the u haul went but they called to explain the situation and that the truck offered though the website is not u haul and is limited when renting. Was happy to know that they watch the reviews and try to figure out what happened when something goes wrong.
