You employee, Julie, was a pleasure and breath of fresh air to deal with. We got there just before closing and she took care of us and never acted like it bothered her to have to stay pass closing time. I can’t say enough about her and your facility is very clean and well laid out. The only thing I would suggest you add us lights.

CubeSmart Self Storage suck. They are liars. The store in Nac lied to me an said i had a specific date to get them the money an no other charges would be added. The same day i was to bring my payment a lien for over $100 bucks was added. So instead of the $289 i agreed on my bill was $389 the manager lied an was very rude. So was the other lady. Dont use them they are so proud of the faculity yet i came thru obe evening an the entire gate had been torn down with no body from cubesmart there protecting an or securing our things. They didnt give anybody any credit for the time the gate wasn't up. I am very disappointed with CubeSmart
