Great place and wonderful staff. We needed a storage unit the same day we called, Nancy F. was extremely helpful. We had never rented a storage unit before and Nancy’s guidance was appreciative! We will definitely recommend Cube Smart in Parsippany to anyone we know that needs a storage unit.

Nancy F has been wonderful to work with in getting our storage needs met here at Cube Smart, Parsippany. We were on a tight schedule today and she happily accommodated us by staying after hours. She made sure to be thorough in everything we needed to know and be prepared for with our storage units. Thank you for your help Nancy!

Was charged another month ($215) even though I was moved out of unit and the lock was off. Had covid at the time so I told the office I would not be coming in to close anything out. I explained that I would be out on the date given. I was a customer for 3 years on auto payments and had the second unit for 6 months on auto - this is how I am treated ? Even after talking to the managers they said corporate wouldn’t issue the refund. Not a good look. They hike rent up every 6 months, I would find somewhere else.
