I am suprised and disappointed I didn't have the same experience as everyone else here in the reviews. As I am still working through wet items, I hope they make the proper changes so that no-one else goes through what I did. Office staff should offer their time outside to help shovel the snow. Their phone systems need to be modernized for better caller name I.D. and to allow staff to answer it while outside the building. I have nothing nice to say. After reading other reviews it's apparent I wasn't the only renter with water in their unit. Would highly advise to stay away.

Kevin is literally the coolest guy I'm gonna meet today. I've never used a U-haul service before and he made it very transparent and easy to follow. Very professional and polite. I'll definitely send people their way. 😁😁

Really top notch support, was incredibly easy and simple. The clerk working the front desk was incredible helpful with both advise on storage, and my U-Haul drop-off. Highly suggest this site.
