  I have spoken to both Chris and Shawn multiple times, who manage the Mystic and Gales Ferry locations in Connecticut. I had a few bumps in my plans while moving from out of state and they continued to work with me through it with professionalism and kindness. They answered all of my (many) questions throughly with continued kindness and patience. I appreciate these gentlemen and have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. If you are in the area of Mystic/Gales Ferry and in need of a storage facility; this is the place to go!

  I had an excellent experience opening up a storage space here. I was having furniture moved from another state and could not be there when it arrived. I needed to call a few times for me to get it straight and Chris was friendly and enthusiastically helpful. I appreciated someone there to work out the details with me. Very good customer service! It makes all the difference.
