Went in person to rent a storage unit. Overall everything was clean and in order. Only issue was that I was charged $18 for a lock i didn't need. The employee didn't bother to tell me that I had the option when typing up the contract. He wouldn't reverse the charge informing me it was already "to late" and the papers were ready to be signed. I will remember that... Overall I recommend this place but be careful and watch what your signing. Yes I could have refused the unit and walked, but didn't have time for games. Just watch and listen when you go to sign a contract. ***Update*** Management read the review I had posted and quickly contacted me for resolution. A refund was deposited to me immediately to cover the lock fee. I was glad to see how quickly this was taken care of! As stated earlier, I have no issue with this cubesmart. Its clean, well maintained and would recommend it to anyone looking for storage. Thank you management for handling this issue quickly!!đź‘Ť

Had issue with manager and appointment time is all i will get into!! Did not rent from there and never will!! Unknown how clean or how courteous the staff may be on a good day! I gave one star because i have too!!

Stopped in to help my deaf brother. Friendly staff, made the sign up process painless, very informative, explained everything. Gentleman with orange glasses is a hoot.
