  "Staff was nice and helpful. Office was dark and messy. Truck was 117k miles but clean. Failed to advise me that for the truck I was renting, I would have to turn off the tow/haul feature every time the engine was started. This setting comes on automatically on start up. Halfway through our move, the check engine light came on and the truck started behaving erratically and getting stuck in gears. It was very scary. Thankfully I got the truck back safely, but had to rent a different truck the following day to finish our move. I hope this review helps someone else avoid the same mistake.
