  Casey and Stephanie are the best! Their customer service is excellent! I’ve lived in many places and this storage unit has been the best! Very clean and secure! Thank you for all your help!!

  Spoke to manager, Stephanie, to ask for extension due to falling on hard times. She said she would call DM to ask for help. Called me back with a discount and said to move stuff out or they would charge an additional $110 “lien fee” on top of what I already owe. After being a DM for 25 + years, I would NEVER treat my customers this way. You would think they would work with me to keep me as a customer after boasting on their website that they are so customer oriented! What a joke! I’m asking for an extra week, not months.

  I have used this location on 2 separate occasions, and each time the experience was helpful. We made advance arrangements by phone, completed rental on site, worked with 2 different people but each was professional and helpful. Facility is clean, neat, well-lit (lights inside each unit), looks brand new. I appreciate the large elevator, great AC, and covered loading dock. Even a 26’ truck with ramp was easy to unload.
