Initial response time was quick and easy. The price was fair and i was always able to talk to someone immediately at the office. The staff are pleasant. The place is well maintained. They provide rolling carts that make hauling your items easily. The temperature is fine for storage. The place is also well lit and clean.

Very friendly and helpful office staff. Kim and Vincent helped me find the best space for what I need. Made it easy filling out all the paper work and explaining everything I needed to know. I would feel comfortable recommending this docility to a friend.

Both Kim and Vincent at the East Ave, Somerset location were amazing. They made the process very easy. And in addition to being extremely professional, they were friendly and very approachable. I would return yo that location in a heart beat.
