A new climate controlled unit to store my wreath making materials. Access to the unit was open from 6 am to 10 pm. Very clean and well lighted. I felt very secure going in there because of the security cameras.

The customer service is great at the E Greenwich RI location, especially from Kim. I gave a rating of 9 because i don't think the companies policies are fair. I don't like the rate increases as frequently as they are and I think they should give loyal customers perks not big increases and new enrollment fees when you change units.
