  After a positive experience scheduling and having my POD picked up from my former home, I couldn't have had a worse experience actually getting my items at my new home. The PODS driver refused to drop off my belongings (despite my new building confirming three times the location where previous PODS have been delivered). I spent all day on the phone with customer service, who did nothing to help except say that I could go to their warehouse and unload my belongings myself. I had to spend three extra days in a hotel, rent a uhaul and hire movers to get my belongings from the warehouse because they refused to deliver to the previously agreed upon location. Customer service promised to call me back and never did. I've followed up several times to seek reimbursement for the additional costs of this awful move and have received no response and no satisfactory resolution so I've filed a complaint with the BBB and if that doesn't go anywhere, I'll be reaching out to the state attorney general and local media as well. Stay away from PODS!

  The delivery and pick up on the first half of my move was great, but everything regarding delivery on the other side was awful. I spent almost 7 hours on the phone with customer service just trying to get someone who could actually help schedule delivery and pull a permit. I moved to a major city and when I moved I was clear I would be in the metro area but did not have an address yet. The long story short is it took about 5 phone calls - 7 hours total to get someone who could help with my delivery. It also cost me an additional 1200 dollars to move the containers from one facility ( driving them past my house) to another as I was informed the place they were shipped to didn't service where I bought my house. I will say my items were delivered without damage and overall the service itself from drivers was very good. PODs advertises themselves as a flexible solution but to anyone considering them they are great if you have an address to ship to, but they are definitely not as flexible or as easy to use as advertised.

  From start to finish, friendly service. Drop off and pick up right on schedule with very professional, experienced employees. Very friendly and cordial. Our pickup team member today was Mike. Awesome 👌
