"After a positive experience scheduling and having my POD picked up from my former home, I couldn't have had a worse experience actually getting my items at my new home. The PODS driver refused to drop off my belongings (despite my new building confirming three times the location where previous PODS have been delivered). I spent all day on the phone with customer service, who did nothing to help except say that I could go to their warehouse and unload my belongings myself. I had to spend three extra days in a hotel, rent a uhaul and hire movers to get my belongings from the warehouse because they refused to deliver to the previously agreed upon location. Customer service promised to call me back and never did. I've followed up several times to seek reimbursement for the additional costs of this awful move and have received no response and no satisfactory resolution so I've filed a complaint with the BBB and if that doesn't go anywhere, I'll be reaching out to the state attorney general and local media as well.
