The rental process was super easy. I did everything online. My unit was ready to go and the facility is very clean and well lit. Directional signs would've been a bit easier, but I was able to find my unit with the map. I feel good about my rental and am very pleased so far. I put the temporary lock in a red box near the office for - it wasn't labeled so I'm hoping it was the correct location.
