Great location with extended hours. Unit was clean and lock was provided. Paperwork process was easy and I was able to do everything from my phone. Highly recommend this facility.

The worst customer service ever! Not nice owners at all.... wouldn't even give a break to a gentleman who just lost his job and grandma to Corona virus! Just auctioned his memories away like it was nothing!!! Said no to even a payment plan! Disgusting!

Ashley, we are very sorry you were unhappy with our service on behalf of the gentleman you mentioned. Unfortunately, after the first year into the pandemic we had to return to business as usual and could no longer be as lenient on late payments or payment plans. We have to hold all customers to the same standards. If renters can keep in regular contact with us and let us know of financial hardship before their account goes to lien status, there is more we can do to help. I am so very sorry for the loss he has suffered. If this customer had any photographs or other documents in his unit, those were not auctioned off and the named account holder (I assume is the gentleman and not yourself) he should go to the leasing office to retrieve them. Again, it has to be him to pick any items up if he signed the lease. I do apologize for compounding an already difficult situation.

The sign-up went smoothly and quickly. The lady on the phone was nice. I had a storage room and access to it in minutes.
