In 62 years of my life I have never had such good service with any deliveries of appliances. Such a very respectful crew came and delivered my new refrigerator with such care measuring and making sure things would work out. Mr. Gary and his crew were very professional and hard working I have been praying that I would get hard working and patient delivery crew so that my new refrigerator would not get damaged and be delivered with care. Things now a days are not cheap and people have to take care of their things and make them last and I am very happy that Home Depot has such good people working for them and that they take care of their customers like they were their own family I will highly recommend Home Depot because of how I was taken care of and treated. It was a very pleasant and made my day with all this Covid and people being short handed to know that their are still people who are still willing to work.

Gary and his team were nothing short of AMAZING today! We had at least 5” of frozen snow on the ground here and even with icy road warnings in effect they arrived 15 minutes early for my 7 AM Appointment! Then the most efficient team I’ve ever seen in my life unpacked and hauled that huge refrigerator through the ice and up icy stairs and installed it in a couple minutes! I also really appreciated the attention to detail Gary provided as well as the excellent communication prior to and day of delivery. I have 2 more appliances for delivery in a few weeks and would prefer to have this team again for that if at all possible!!! Truly the Best!

Team Gary (I believe it was) came and installed my stuff for me, and with me not knowing anything about gas hookups I didn’t know what I was supposed to do to connect anything and he did it for me, they were amazing!
