Penske saved the day!!! U-Haul decided to cancel my reservation the day before I was moving because they didn’t have any available for the time frame I reserved 2 weeks ago!!!! I called Penske and they set me up under 5 minutes, so very thankful! You have gained a customer for life.

A gentleman named P. Thomas totally saved the day for me today! I am moving half way across country tomorrow and when I went to pick up from Uhaul they had completely messed up my reservation they saved the wrong truck one that I would not be able to drive and they didn’t have the right truck I would need in town! I was panicking when I called Penske but Mr. Thomas was an ANGEL he got me the truck I needed at a great price and took care of all the details!!!! Because of him I will make sure to always use Penske from now on!! My whole trip would have been ruined if it wasn’t for Mr. Thomas!! Thank you soooo much!!!

They gave my truck away! I was told they would have a truck Thursday or Friday but they would let me know. I waited patiently until mid day on Friday only to call and find out they rented it to someone else on Thursday. But hey, the guy says he apologizes so I guess it's all good. Horrible.
