  I wish I had gotten the young mans name who just delivered our package in the midst of this crazy winter storm weather. Not only did he help my husband take a bathroom vanity on a pallet down a steep, icy driveway he also helped to uncrate it and carry it into our basement. He went beyond his delivery duties and I am sincerely grateful for his very professionalism. Job well done!!

  I have never had such a horrible time with a delivery. At this point my item STILL ISN'T delivered and I've had to take 2 days off work to be home to received this "scheduled delivery" and neither time was my item even attempted to be delivered. They don't care how inconvenient their incompetence is on anyone else and they won't do anything to combat their mistakes either. Don't ship anything with them unless you want it 'lost' in shipping.
