  We had a signed contract with Delta One for a move on Thursday, April 7. Being that they were veteran owned, and my husband is a veteran, we were happy to use this company. On the Monday prior to the move, I confirmed, with Trey, the move as well as a confirmation email was sent from them. Arrival time was set for 9:30. Around 10:15, when no one had arrived, I called to see what was going on. There was a tire issue that needed to be repaired. They stated they would update us. After not hearing from them for an hour, we called again, and it still wasn't repaired. Not once did they actually call us to give us updates, we always had to call them. Since we had to be out of our house by Friday at 5pm, we asked them if we needed to make other arrangements, because we HAD to get moved. They advised us that they would be there. Once it was after 3:30, we tried to call again. Unfortunately, neither my husband nor my calls would go through, we had to use a different phone. We asked again for a status. At this point we were VERY frustrated. I stressed again that we were never updated that they were going to be late, never called back when we would ask for updates and now it is 3:30 and we haven't been moved. At this point Trey makes calls, with me still on the line and eventually has the owner on the line. They advised us that they were unable to get us moved. We were beyond upset. Not only did we have a signed contract, we also had asked them if we needed to make other arrangements earlier in the day. BY now, it was impossible to get someone to move us that day. I had been making calls for the next day, but we were going to be spending $1000 more. With it being last minute, and we were on a VERY tight schedule. The owner and Trey offered some financial compensation via Zelle but I did not have Zelle. They asked if I had cashapp, which I do. It has now been a week and I have not received a single cent. I would not recommend this company as they will break a contract, as well as not do what they say they are going to do. Definitely not following what they stand for!

  I am very happy with the way things were done and how fast they were at getting everything done on a timely matter.. I highly recommend!!! It looks great and I'm very happy with my choice in choosing them. You won't be disappointed at all. Thank you

  The owner Trey really did everything he could to satisfy us. I don't think he said no to any requests that was made. Even though we wasn't organized at all and we was so far behind on everything he came in and took over and even did some of the the things I should have been doing. I would definitely be hiring them again..
