This company is the best for moving. We've had so many experiences, mostly negative, and Dependable Movers did everything right. They provided a 2 hour arrival window, called me before the window to give me a precise arrival time, showed up 30 minutes into the window as they said in the call. Great start! Max and Sergei executed with precision. They wrapped everything, had so much control and stability, you could tell they knew what they were doing with their equipment. We did a walk through and I called out things that were going and staying, and they double checked when they weren't sure. I saw how big the truck was and kept adding to the load. Without hesitation, they kept working, stayed 2 hours over the estimated time, assembled our fancy bed set. Even though it was late and they hadn't taken a break for anything, they concluded after 8 hours asking if there was anything else they could do for us. That is graceful! That's business. This is the movers experience where you get what you pay for.

Max, Ken, Melvin, and Oleg made the daunting challenge of moving oh, so easy and stress-free. They handled all of our belongings with expert care, they carried our enormous sofa and other bulky items down 3 flights of stairs, they were friendly, quick, and all-around awesome. I couldn't recommend them more. Thanks for helping us move!

Dependable movers did a fantastic job - and I mean fantastic - not only moving my apartment but also setting up everything just as before. I had asked that they replicate and they really did. The books on the shelves were in the same order, my clothes in the closet were in my usual color-and-type order. Really incredible. If you are particular and want a very good job, I recommend them!
