  "Update: The company reimbursed me for the additional cost that I incurred to move the rest of my belongings. HORRIBLE experience! I was quoted one price to move a 3 bedroom condo, when moving day arrived, the movers showed up with a truck only big enough to move a 1 bedroom apartment. I couldn't even reach anybody after several calls. I ended having to spend more money than I was quoted and add an additional day to my move. A lot of time and money wasted. Avoid this company! No one took responsibility, no one apologized to this day. Kathy screwed up and didn't care. When I asked to speak with the owner Eric, no one tells him or he doesn't care to resolve the problem. Then you get Alexis who is supposed to be an office manager who lies, yells at you and threatens to call the police. Find another company who takes pride in their work!"
