I would give this company 0 stars if possible. Was in my unit for 5 months and had my rent increased in price with no notification. My wife received a call stating we owed hundreds of dollars in late fees and back rent. When speaking with the customer service they told me there was nothing they could do and my belongings would be held locked up until I paid. When asked who they had tried to contact they rambled off and email and phone number that was not even remotely close to the contact info that I filled out. They continued to tell me that it was not their fault and that I owed them money. When asked to speak to a supervisor I was told there wasn't one, I proceeded to ask what the girls title was and was told office clerk. When confronted about that there was a supervisor, she told me and I quote "Yes, but she is just going to tell you the same thing," continuing conversation I had asked so you lied to me her answer was "Yes, but again she is just going to tell you the same thing." After much deliberation, the issue was solved by the supervisor and I had made what I thought would be my final payment, until I just received yet again another bill stating I was late and if not settled it was going to collections. I will never use this company again nor will I let my friends and family, the customer service and the policies are absolutely terrible.

Rented a truck from this location. Experience was good. Only goof up was they didn't have my reservation on the system. They were really great about it and squared me away within a few minutes. Truck was in good shape and manager was very friendly. Check in and check out was quick and easy.
