Store your things anywhere but here. Just take my word for it. They'll nickel & dime you til they run out of excuses why, then they'll increase your monthly rent consistently, completely ignore multiple attempts to give your 30 day notice (so u can't leave & they can still charge you) & if u are one of the lucky ones who gets to end the contract, make sure u erase your credit card info if u do the recurring payments.... They'll continue to charge u monthly rent whether ur storing items there or not.

I reached out to the corporate office to speak to someone about a charge getting sent to collections from 6 years ago. These ladies were rude, refused to help me and even hung up on me at one point. I paid this charge 6 years ago to get my storage unit closed out. The gentlemen working the desk made us pay him in cash before I could get the lock off my storage unit. Now they refuse to talk to me about the fabricated documents they sent to NAS. Her exact words were "I'm not going to do anything to help you." Unprofessional, rude, and no longer will talk to me about my account. I talked to the manager and she was less helpful and even more rude. They have never called me back after the kept telling me they would. I've contacted a lawyer since. -15/10. This place is upsetting to say the least. Never will I ever recommend them and I've told everyone I run into never to go there. extremely disappointing.

It's pretty bad. I had a fraud incident a few months ago, and Dino's has been the worst part. Their website is outdated. I tried to go through their office to get my account set back up. The person I call can't help me. They take my information. Nothing happens. No callback. When I complain, they are cold and dismissive.
