  "I booked with the company about 3 weeks in advance before my move with Cecilia. The time frame for my move was between 2-3. The day of my move around 2:45, I called because I had not received a call from the crew as I was told I was suppose to. Cecilia explained to me that the crew had come to my apartment and turned around because they did not have the gate code which I thought made absolutely no sense. I'd never received a call and had been standing out there waiting for the crew between that time frame. She then proceeded to tell me that the crew went to another job since they couldn't get in. She explained to me she would call around to different movers to see if they were able to assist me or I could wait until 7 for their movers with a $50 discount. Of course I waited about two hours before I heard from her again. I probably called the office and her cellphone 25 times before she finally texted me back around 5 o'clock. I knew I would have no luck getting any other movers last minute, so I decided to wait. 7 o'clock comes around and I texted Cecilia again to figure out where the movers were. She told me the driver would call me. When the driver called me, he told me 8:30 and she told me 8. Once again the time changed. The movers finally arrived at 9:20. I told them that Cecilia said they came and turned around and theu gave me a crazy confused look and informed me they never came to my place. I love the movers, they were quick and moved me to my new apartment by 10:48. What I did not appreciate is the unprofessional behavior exhibited by Cecilia. I do not appreciate the fact that I was given the run around all day with different times. I took off from work to do this. My time was completely wasted and taken advantage of. Cecilia lied to me about the movers coming to my apartment to cover herself. The only thing that helped this review reach 3 stars is the friendliness and swift moving by moving crew."
