  I applied for a job there this morning. They called me i answer phone, lady was interpreting for me cause I am hearing impaired. They were not interested in hiring me due to my deafness. I can handle heavier furniture and I have eyes And hearing aids. I worked for another moving company with no issues. Kathy, remember that name, is very very unprofessional. She kept hanging up. I tried to ask for some papers that states they can't hire deaf people. But she keeps hanging up not letting me finish talking. I have records of us talking on phone. Obviously you can see alot alot of bad reviews on here. My wife and I will plan on suing them for discrimination. I suggest DO NOT USE THEM. Go with someone else more professional. They are a HUGE JOKE. Will post about them on Facebook soon. 0 star for sure

  You get what you get with these kind of ratings. I was going to give a much higher rating for their fast response times and friendly demeanor, overall, and I called at 7am on Sunday and they were available by 11am. But they damaged a $6500 Young Chang Piano and blocked my calls when I tried to file a claim with their insurance for the damages done to have it repaired. They came ill prepared to lift it, claiming I did not tell them it was upstairs. I told them twice, Kathy even called to confirm with me it was upstairs. I think they hire day labor guys and the 2 supervisors do not even give guidance on how to handle people’s delicate furniture. They supervise, that is it. I had to give the 4/5 guys instructions, finally, because the guys were totally incompetent, uniformed, and weak. My husband and another gentleman unloaded it much better than they loaded it once we arrived at the final destination, without a lifting strap. I paid $400 for an hours worth of work, claiming a two hour minimum.

  There were 3 movers that were excellent, they were careful with our stuff and were very respectful, they were Hispanics. Only thing that was very unprofessional was the old man and Cathy which I think they’re the driver & owner. After us paying $600 they charged are card another 400 to “keep” just Incase they took longer to love our stuff, they were already unloading are stuff & said it was going to take 2 hours to do, he was telling the workers to take their time so they could charge us more. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DO NOT COME HERE
