Lyons national bank never sent me a debit card on time so I was a day late paying my storage unit. SARAH was extremely rude. There are better places to do business.

Actually, storage unit rent is due on the 1st, making you 6 days past due. This month is not the first time you have paid late. Sarah was not rude. She was trying to facilitate payment and was matter of fact. You used foul language and criticized her "job", clearly not knowing she is an owner. Regardless of your debit card issue, there are many other methods by which to pay.
