  "This is the first time I am making a review. I have never been so disgusted. EVER! The representatives at this particular facility are purely ignorant. Every time I call this particular facility no matter what given day my experience has been a bad one. each time I've been cut off, hung up on before I even finish asking them questions, not to mention they give attitudes when I am asking general questions they should know the answer to. I have been hung up on about 5 times. I shouldn't have to call EVERY week about a visit that should have been happened. I get you have to be tough working in a prison. But knowing who and when to turn it on or shut it off with should be mandatory. I am not a prisoner and the extra attitude given is uncalled for. I am wanting to check on my child's father.It shouldn't take 14 days to approve or deny a video visit at home."
