First off, they make everything so easy. You can check availability of units and rent them right on their website. They send you step by step instructions on how to unlock the lock on the door, how to use your own lock (which they provide for you, and you are welcome to keep once you move out), and how to lock it back up once you vacate the unit. They send you an invoice each month and making payments is super easy and done right on their website. The website is very easy to navigate. The people are very friendly and happy to help with any issues or questions. The units are clean and very well maintained, and the price is right as well. I would definitely recommend Storage Solutions.

I would not recommend this for storage unless you constantly check on items or have a camera set up. I am missing items that I had stored there and still don’t understand how this can happen. Very confused.
