EXCELLENT customer service! Easy online payment portal. Friendly reminders when time to pay. Has auto pay available. Excellent location! Storage unit was clean(NO BUGS) and facility is simple and functional. Lots of maneuvering space unlike the over crowded driving and maneuvering areas in other facilities around this area. Customer Service is off site but is fast to respond to any calls, etc. They have been helpful and great. Only issues are pretty minor: 1) HUGE pothole right at entrance that is very hard to miss as you try to enter or exit. It is so deep and large that it can do some very real damage. Has been a year and not repaired. 2) Unit had holes in walls and part of unit internal ceiling (not the actual roof of the building) is falling in. These are cosmetic issues only and they do not appear to allow any rail, etc into the unit. The repairs from before we rented the unit were not well done and are literally falling off in the heat and humidity we have around here. We have been very happy so far with our unit and the customer service.

While we have been adding gravel over time to the pothole at the entrance, we will make sure this is fixed asap. We are also in the process of repairing all ceilings (cosmetic issue only) as tenants vacate. The roof is newer and in great shape. If you would like to schedule a time for ceiling replacement we are happy to do so, or we can wait until you vacate. Either way you would like to handle it would be great with us! I have used Economy Storage everytime I needed storage. I love how the storage stays open 24hrs/day! Management always sends out detailed invoices, explaining what you're being charged. I've recommended them to my family and we have not been disappointed!

This storage unit is excellent . I've been with storage company for years. So conveint with 24 hr access to place . No Problems at all. The owner is very nice . She is all about change . I love the new website .
