Place is a joke! the city needs to part ways with this company. The police should not call a towing company on behalf of a car that is in an accident. They need to allow the car owner to do this especially when they have AAA. They charge obscene amounts to tow a vehicle a couple of miles plus $50 a day for storage. They only take cash and will not release your vehicle that was never impounded. They don't do collision repairs so why are they the preferred towing company for accidents. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!! THE BIGGEST RIP OFF AND THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY RUDE WHEN IT COMES TO PICKING UP YOUR VEHICLE. IF THEY ARE DIHONEST WITH TOWING HOW HONEST DO YOU THINK THEY ARE WITH FIXING YOUR VEHICLES??????????

They do good follow ups. And cover the basics so don't continually have problems. Yeah it may cost an arm or a leg but it's worth the wide selection and experience they have to offer. It's in the name Elders.

These 2 gentlemen were so very helpful it was unbelievable. I had a real issue and they solved it and took care of it right away. They were a blessing to me. Elder Service is the best.
