  Well they say a picture is worth a thousand words. But if you need help understanding, this employee would not stay off his phone throughout the entire interaction with me. I would have been a 5 minute process that took about 30 minutes because this employee had some really important texts to attend to. I will never be coming back to this location and will avoid U-haul in general at all costs if these are the types of employees they hire.

  All I wanted was a refill of my propane tank - which is a value added service they offer. I wait in line with three people ahead. First is renting a trailer, and I think there's less paperwork to adopt a pet. This process took forever. U-Haul corporate - go rent a car at Enterprise and see how your process is way too time consuming and failing. Too much time consuming paperwork. People don't want to wait that long. Then the customer service person disappears outside to help with that trailer and helps another guest with a truck outside. Time is still ticking away. Second person gets upset that the trailer they want isn't available and the bickering goes on for a while. The gal ahead of me finally gets to check out with the half dozen or so boxes, to her relief. I walk up to the counter to find out she can't do propane and that the Manager is out for the day and I should drive 10 minutes each way to another location to get a fill. I stopped and did an exchange at my local friendly Kwik Trip instead. I tried to be budget conscious and do a refill to get 4.7 gallons at about half the cost of the 3.5 gallons an exchange gets you, but all I did was lose time and get frustrated.

  We rented one of the smaller trucks from this location. upon arrival our rental wasn’t even available and we were charged additional fees because we had to have a representative help with another rental. what happened to $50 rental guarantee reimbursement? i made the reservation online prior and have done this countless times before without being charged additional fees. We had literally rented the biggest truck a few days before and the prices were very as a matter a fact but that’s also because i did everything 100% online and myself. i wouldn’t recommend this location simply because they never answer the phone, we were stuck with a ridiculous bill and i asked customer service if i could speak to the store manager and that didn’t happen because they never answer and they told they’ll have the store manager call me back, which never happened. I really dislike making negative reviews but i felt like i should share my experience in hopes to help someone else. if you use u-haul, do the booking online yourself, but this particular location may not have your truck available and will up charge you.
