  Great customer service and quality vehicles. The trucks are top notch and in great condition. Their speciality is in longer term rentals, so the available trucks does fluctuate as other reviewers have noted. I have never had a challenge picking up a truck with at least a 1-day notice. Everyone in the office treats us really well!

  The entire crew at this Enterprise location goes the extra mile to make sure you have what you need. Their entire fleet seemed newer than the newest truck at any other rental company I've been to. To top it all off, it was the fastest and friendliest rental experience I've ever been a part of. Walked in for a business rental in a bind and was out the door in a truck with less than 6k miles in 5 min.

  Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at an Enterprise Location. It’s nearly impossible to rent anything online. If you go into the location and you’re wanting a truck for a 1 to 2 day rental they treat you like you’re a pariah. When you follow the websites directions to call and find out if they have a specific truck or van you receive open ended answers and then basically they instruct you that you need to come in on the day you want the rental and see what they have available. When you go in no one is ever at the front desk and I’ve never seen so many eyes rolled as they decide who is going to come out of which cubicle to help you. I would stick with a larger company who has been renting longer and knows how to treat their clients.
