  "Unprofessional business. I requested an itemized invoice in order to get money reimbursed from uhual, due to them providing my uhaul late. My uhaul was scheduled for 9 a.m., but I didn't receive it until 10:40 a.m. The movers qas scheduled for 10 a.m. So, their time started at 10 a.m. I basically gave this company an extra $140 for an hour that I didn't have the uhaul. Uhaul requested an invoice, so they could give me the money back that I spent with this business. After trying for a week to get a professional invoice, I just received a screenshot for the cashapp payment. Lawrence claimed that he would get me an invoice, but never did. How hard is a simple invoice, especially for me to get money back. Just goes to show how much Lawrence cared about my situation. I spent a total of $670 with him. Ane the least he could of did was provide me an invoice. Someone also broke an item and moved it to the side and didn't mention it. Stay away from this unprofessional business. That's my fault for even booking this company, trying to support a black owned business. Just to not even get a simple invoice. Stay away from this janky establishment and find another moving company"
