  First off, the very first time I called, someone yelled at me into the phone that they couldn't hear me and then they hung up. If there was an issue with the credit card on file, I didn't receive any sort of communication that my payment had not gone through. Had I not called because it never appeared on my checking account I would have been charged a late fee and who knows what else would have happened to my belongings. Next, literally every time I needed to add or update card information, if I did it through the website it would trigger an error and not make the payment. I would have to call and have them add or update the information. But then it would show 3 or 4 different versions of the same card. When the POD was finally delivered to my new house, even though I gave them the address and a very detailed description of where exactly to place it, AND there were cones there... The driver delivered the POD down the street and around the corner. You couldn't even see the POD from my front door. For the amount of money you pay for this service I would have expected it to be a lot better. I will never ever recommend or use this service ever again.

  We had to rent a POD to store household items so we could stage our home. The customer service representatives are so friendly and helpful, and there are no hidden fees or extra costs. Our POD was delivered in the window of time that was emailed to me the evening before. Also, the very friendly drivers called to tell me the exact time they would be arriving on the day of delivery. Overall, this company is so professional and punctual. I would recommend them to anyone who needs storage or any other services they offer.

  My experience with the PODS corporation was a very smooth transaction from beginning to end. I've never used them in the past, but would do so again and recommend PODS to others.
