  I used Regency Moving per a recommendation from a friend and I am happy I did. The move was flawless. Every piece of furniture was well protected and handled with care. The whole crew was professional and great to work with. It was a long day, but the attitude of crew remained positive and completed the move without incident. Thanks to Regency.

  The men helping with the move did a decent job- packed up our house and did what they could to move us into our new house with as little disruption as possible on an extremely rainy day. The office/administrative side of this company is less than ideal. We were quoted a specific amount for the full move. My husband and I spent an entire weekend after the estimate but before we moved with a u-haul moving boxes that we had packed ourselves and furniture into our new house. Our move ended up costing what had been estimated BEFORE we spent two days moving items in advance. We even sold an entire bedroom suite that was part of the estimate but did not make the move with us. In other words, the estimate was terrible and had we not done a significant amount of moving ourselves, the truck would have been too small and we would have ended up paying much more than was estimated. Additionally, if you move with this company you best hope no damages occur. Despite the movers' best efforts, several of our doorways and floors got very torn up. A few items also broke during the move. After filing a claim, we heard back that the company has a $50 maximum payout per item reported, and the customer carries a $500 deductible. So the company wasn't liable for any of their damage, which will end up costing us quite a bit to repair. All I can say is I wish we had gotten what we paid for, but we did not. There are many less expensive, low-end options that would have provided the same level of service. Again the men who were moving us did their best and were kind and professional. We bought them lunch both days, and based on the final bill also paid for their lunch breaks. To me, the major issues with this company are with the back-office.
