Things add up.. at first its not awful but when it really goes bad...in my experience, I got sick on 1 day of a 5 day rental agreement. Since it was a Friday & after 5, I had no one to call. The initial contact, (a phone call) went really great. When I went to get the vehicle, it wasn't what they said. I would have gone with it however but they said the vehicle I wanted wouldn't be there for 2 houres so I came back later. Then while driving i noticed a perfume overtaking the ventilation system to where i had to roll all the windows down. BTW, I'm chemically sensitive and now have a splitting headache & sick for what will most likely last about 24 hours. I wish I could call & take the car back on day 2.

This place is great! I have rented from many enterprises for cargo van rentals, and the people here are so nice and helpful! Bryan is such a nice guy and is very helpful. He made my van rental easy and problem free. The other girl there is very nice as well. They both have great customer service, and anyone should learn from them for being nice. If I ever need any rentals again, I will definitely come again.
