  I was charged 400, and only a few boxes and bags actually got moved. Got charged for 3 hours, when it was only a little more than an hours work. My very expensive clock, which was an inherited gift came up missing and the mover claimed I shorted him even after I counted the money out in front of him and he counted it back in front of me. I contacted the owner of the business and he defended his employees and blew me off. I feel very ripped off and will never use this company or recommend them to anyone else. Very unprofessional! If there is any attempt from them to make this right, I will update my review......I appreciate that you 'found' my clock, almost 2 weeks later. I am still missing a couple boxes with important stuff as well. You claim that I had bedbugs. I haven't found any evidence of them at all. I understand your policy with that, but you told me you would still move anything that wasn't covered with material. NONE of my furniture was moved, dressers, tables, wooden chairs, which had No material on them. I just feel ripped off because a few boxes and bags shouldn't have costed me 400 bucks just to move 13 blocks and 1:00-2:30 is NOT 3 hours!! Make this right and I'll change my review! :(

  I actually did find your clock today! Mixed up in the moving blankets. Will be dropped off tomorrow. As far as the rest...We don't touch bed bugs period! We scrambled to find YOU a solution. Best of luck to you

  I am disabled and have a tough time moving heavy loads and I just got a new apartment. I reached out and got an extremely reasonable quote for the move within minutes. Eric worked with me through all parts of the setup and planning. The day of the move they showed up exactly when promised and both guys worked their tails off! All of them were exceptionally personable and constantly outdoing each others work. They were kind about my disability and very considerate. 10/10 will always call Eric for a moving job and I can't reccomend them enough!

  Ray and Randy moved us after a nice little snowstorm. There were some delays, but they stayed available and communicated throughout. Their work was quick and efficient. They were also very personable and professional. We definitely recommend Eric's Moving!
