  They called ahead to arrange a delivery time that worked for me. They gave me a one hour window and were at my house right on time. They delivered the item to the spot I requested (this particular item weighed almost 150lbs) they were polite and careful. I would absolutely use them again.

  I had a freight item sent via Estes Express Lines. They were not only noon time, but called to see if they could deliver it early. The driver was very professional and personable. I am very pleased with the service that I received from Estes Express Lines.

  I ordered a 800 lb wood playset for my son and I asked the company if they could load it in my garage due to my degenerate disk disease. The builders wouldn’t be there until the following week. They said they would let the driver know. The driver arrived and cut the pallet open and drug each and every piece (some big pieces) into my garage nice and neat where I could still get my vehicle in. Very impressed with the service and highly recommend.
